Completed Projects
We facilitated how our investor clients were able to find infrastructure projects in Africa and South East Asia to fund and also assisted the project promoters in structuring their financing requirements to be attractive to investors. These include amongst others:
- Refinancing of an existing high cost debt for an international airport in South East Asia which involved structuring a senior debt /B-loan solution for the client.
- Combination of debt/equity finance for the design, construction and finance and the operation of an interurban bus station in Africa as part of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) project.
- Stucturing of a financial product for a client to attract investors for a large real estate transaction.
Ongoing Projects
We are currently facilitating investment in infrastructure projects in Africa.
